Being creative is deeply rewarding, but it can also bring vulnerability, imposterism, and burnout. If you’re a writer, artist, performer or simply someone who makes a living in creative career, counselling can help you find emotional balance and rediscover your voice.
You might feel stuck in cycles of overworking and exhaustion, afraid of being “found out” as not good enough, or like your work is never enough. These patterns are common and can harm your mental health. We are here to support you- online or in Pretoria!
